Our Story

Sirca Strategy started with a simple idea: great marketing shouldn’t be reserved for companies big enough to have a full-time team behind it.

We got our start in the Sea to Sky Region in British Columbia, surrounded by world-class hotels, tour operators, and experience-led businesses, where we saw firsthand how much potential was going untapped. Not for lack of ambition, but lack of strategic support. That experience, working closely with hospitality and tourism businesses, shaped how we think about marketing: practical, hands-on, and built for owners who wear a lot of hats.
That’s why we built something different. A boutique marketing consultancy that brings senior-level strategy and fractional CMO support directly to small and mid-sized businesses without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.

About the Founder

Kate Sirach, Founder & Lead Strategist
Kate brings over 10 years of sales and marketing experience focused on hospitality and tourism across Canada and Europe. Having worked at both the business and DMO level, she understands what it takes to build marketing that actually moves the needle, and what gets in the way.

After years of watching small and mid-sized businesses either get buried in their workload or underserved by generalist agencies, Kate founded Sirca Strategy to offer something better: senior-level thinking, personal relationships, and strategies built around the realities of running a small business.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Kate hidden in a new book, travelling and adventuring, or outside in the local area, whether that’s with a disc in hand, sipping a local brew, or out on a paddleboard.
